All purchases made on 198work.com are final unless otherwise required by law. By purchasing any listing package, subscription, or promotion service, you acknowledge that these are digital services delivered immediately upon payment.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available for:

  • Listing packages (Basic, Advanced, Premium)
  • Promotion Packages or Featured Listings
  • Subscription renewals already processed
  • Violations resulting in account suspension or removal

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • You are charged twice for the same service (duplicate payment).
  • The service was not delivered due to a verified technical error on our side.

4. Refund Process

If eligible, contact support@198work.com within 7 days of purchase with your transaction ID and details. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
