    Users must create an account to post listings or purchase packages. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your credentials. Accounts may be suspended for fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activity.

    4. Listing Content

    You are solely responsible for your listings, including text, images, and any data you upload.
    Prohibited content includes:

    • Misleading or false advertising

    • Hate speech, violence, or adult content
    • Spam or automated submissions

    198work.com reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any listing that violates these Terms.

    5. Payment and Subscriptions

    All paid services (including Premium Listings and Promotion Packages) are non-refundable unless required by law.
    Recurring subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled prior to renewal. Prices may change with prior notice.

    6. Promotion Packages

    Purchasing a Promotion Package increases visibility for your listing (e.g., featured placement, homepage exposure).
    Promotion duration and benefits are clearly stated on the product page and are not permanent.

    7. Intellectual Property

    All content, design, and trademarks on the Site are owned by 198work.com or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, or use materials without written permission.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    198work.com is not responsible for user-generated content, loss of data, or business interruptions.
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, 198work.com disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

    9. Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account violating these Terms. Upon termination, access to listings or data may be removed.

    10. Privacy and Data

    Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, compliant with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and North Carolina privacy regulations.

    11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
    Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Wake County, North Carolina.
